-> You receive your items. You must check the merchandise at the reception, in the presence of the carrier, and, if necessary, write down the concerns you observe on the transport note.
Please note that if the item is in stock it will be shipped the same day or the next day.

To cancel an order on the IceOptic.com website, simply contact us as soon as possible by phone or email following its registration.
Shipping and Delivery
When you order you will have to choose your delivery method.
For delivery via Colissimo: 48h to 72h from shipment, from Monday to Saturday
For delivery via Chronopost: 24 hours from shipment, from Monday to Friday (*average delivery time)
We will send you an email as soon as your package is shipped, with a link allowing you to track its delivery on the Coliposte or Chronopost website.
The parcel will be handed to you against signature.
If you are not at home during the delivery, a notice will be deposited in your mailbox, indicating the post office where to get your parcel. You will need this notice and an ID in order to collect your package.
To allow us to process your order we need a certain amount of information about you.
All informations in your IceOptic.com account will only be used as a part of our business relationship. These informations will never be shared with third parties or resold.
You can change your informations at any time by managing your account. To make these changes, log in to your with your email address and password. Your informations can also be completely removed from our database on request
To get an invoice, log in IceOptic.com and go to the "my account" section accessible from the homepage, enter your login details and click on "view all my orders". Then select the order for which you want the invoice.
Return, Exchange or Refund
You have the right to cancel the order for a period of 14 days without any reason given under the Hamon Law.
To exercise your right of return you must inform us by email of your intention to return a parcel.
To be accepted, returns must meet the following specifications :
- Product must be in new condition.
- Never have been worn or used for electronic and observation products.
- Be returned in its original packaging, in good condition.
- Be returned within 21 days after reception of the order.

For an exchange : after reception of your package, we will check the condition of the items and if they comply with the characteristics of our return charter, we will proceed to the shipping of the new items.
For refund: after reception of your package, we will check the condition of the items and if they comply with the characteristics of our return charter, we will proceed to the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
- The refund will take place within 7 days after reception of your package.
- The refund will be total and include all the sums paid, including delivery charges.

Our inventory is updated in real time, but in very rare cases, between the time you decide to place your order and the moment it is confirmed that the availability changes. We will ask you to return the product to us or directly to the supplier. ONLY the supplier will make the decision to replace or repair the product.
The contractual guarantees do not cover :
- The replacement of consumables (batteries, bulbs, bracelets, ...).
- Failures related to accessories (power cables ...).
- Defects and their consequences due to the intervention of a repairer not approved by the manufacturer of the product.
- Defects and their consequences related to abnormal or non-compliant use of the product (professional, collective use ...). Please read carefully the instructions supplied with the product.
- Defects and their consequences related to any external cause.
- Scratches on glasses are considered as normal wear and not covered by the warranty unless you prove that the good had this defect on delivery.
All the brands have a repair service. If the damage is not due to a material or manufacturing defect, additional repair costs may be applied. In this case you will receive by email a notification of these additional costs. You will have to choose : accept the repair of the goods by paying the expenses, or to get back your product (at your expense) in the state it was when you returned it.

Sécurité sociale and mutuelles
Optique Chaussin - IceOptic.com operates in strict compliance with the regulatory framework of the Opticien-Lunetier profession. Mr. Denis Chaussin is a state graduated optician, registered by the Regional Health Agency under the ADELI number 742806839.
The reimbursement of your prescription glasses will be done as with any optician in France. Upon delivery we will give you a “feuille de soin” and an optical invoice including the LPP codes of the items. You will then have all the documents to get your corrective optical equipment reimbursed by the sécurité sociale” and your health insurance (mutuelle), as long as your prescription is less than 3 years old and according to your insurance contract.
