History, Rewind to 1995 Paul Frank - while pursuing an art degree at a local community college, Paul Frank asked his mom for a sewing machine. Paul Frank quickly taught himself how to sew by making vinyl wallets and other small accessories designed for his friends. These gifts were adorned with his whimsical character designs like that of Julius the Monkey and Skurvy skull and crossbones.
The eyewear line of Paul Frank, consists of sun and eyeglasses made in tradition of Paul Frank Industries in vintage shapes and outstanding colour combinations. All models are made from acetate, a high quality natural plastic and are therefore very resistant to scratches and damage.
